Take I-81 North to Exit 170B, Wilkes-Barre Exit. This will put you on the Cross Valley Expressway. Stay on the Cross Valley until you reach Exit 3, Plains, and get off this exit. At the end of the exit ramp is a stoplight. Make sure you are in the left lane and make a left (this will be River Street). Proceed through 4 lights and upon reaching the 5th traffic light, you will see Luzerne County Courthouse on the Right side. Make a left at this traffic light (North Street). Proceed up the hill and make the first left hand turn (across from the Courthouse upper parking lot). We are the third building on your right hand side.

Take the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike to the Wilkes-Barre exit. After you get off the exit, take Route 115 directly onto the Cross Valley Expressway.
