He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Colonel Marsilio has distinguished himself as a Deputy Attorney General, an Assistant District Attorney, a Marine JAG Officer, an Assistant Public Defender, and as an attorney in private practice for over 30 years.
