Tom graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD, Penn State Dickinson Law School, and the Naval Justice School in Newport, RI, with honor. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Colonel Marsilio has distinguished himself as a Deputy Attorney General, an Assistant District Attorney, a Marine JAG Officer, an Assistant Public Defender, and as an attorney in private practice for over 20 years. Attorney Marsilio provides all legal services and concentrates in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security Disability. He has offices in Wilkes-Barre and Hazleton to serve the residents of Luzerne, Lackawanna, Schuylkill, Carbon, Columbia and surrounding counties.
